I will share my smoothie recipe with drama because it is a good one.

-cup of kale or broccoli

-cup of spinach

-cup of nonfat Greek yogurt

-half a cup of almond milk

-one sliced frozen banana

-one cup of frozen fruit (berries or mango/honeydew)

-two eggs

I just shove as much kale as I can into my blender then a bit of ginger, a lemon squeeze and about a cup of random frozen fruit. tastes awful but the shits are worth it.

Right on, I take a ginger supplement myself, really don’t eat too differently than I used to (minus fast food and sodas), I just take a bunch of shit to reinforce whatever I don’t get to eat normally. Plus it’s a good reason to chug a bunch of water before bed.
