After dropping 50+ pounds I decided to build muscle cause I was a little scrawny moid under all that fat. I'm really struggling with it though. I'm worried about becoming a :marseychonker2: again so I don't want to go too crazy on the surplus of calories but I keep either maintaining weight or losing it. I can't really tell if I've gained much if any muscle. :marseyshrug:

Just measure your strength and waist line rather than a number on a scale, I find weight swings a bit every day so that’s a more consistent measurement
