I'm pro-choice and I think overturning RvW is r-slurred for multiple reasons, but I feel more strongly in favor of pro-drama.

I'm pro-choice but the reasoning behind RvW was always r-slurred. If you brought it to its logical conclusion, then literally anything would be legal as long as you do it in private, which is obviously r-slurred.

I agree, but i think they should have passed a law to actually codify that. But they're giant kitties who don't want to actually declare their position so they didn't and instead relied on the flimsiest of rulings for decades.
Plus, not everyone agrees with me.
