Some Chad pissed off the Skyrim modding community so hard, they're seething about him ruining Starfield a year before it even comes out

This wasn't met well as a lot of people didn't want to use this content or were waiting for more mods to be updated and as such wanted the new free content not a requirement and instead be made a seperate path like for other creation club content. Naturally, as the UP team cannot compromise with the community, they went ahead with that anyway.

However, Arthmoor was not happy with this as he didn't support VR so he Took down that version and used DMCA to get rid off it elsewhere and made new version not work with SkyrimVR. I know a very considerate response from Arthmoor. Naturally VR users had to find other places to get it then, so users had to resort that what Arthmmor likes to call "mod piracy" and download it off other sources. Arthmoor reacted very maturely and took down the UP over this shouting "piracy" as the reason and was downright aggressive to the SkyrimVR community over this. That's the usual response that Arthmoor has to these situations.

Most Bethesda modding drama features him front and centre screaming bloody murder at the modding community for doing something he didn't allow them. I am convinced he goes out of his way to do things that the modding community doesn't like to get to shout at them some more like being against modpacks and collections. His aggressive behaviour has even gotten him banned from /r/skyrimmods after an especially disastrous tirade.

The The problem with that is that Arthmoor and his team have are actively against any competition existing. I would not be surprised if he tries to take down other UPs.
