That map seems to be just the city centre and... well... yeah? You are not going to be able to live in the city centre on the minimum. Anywhere. It's not like bus drivers got 3-room flats in the city centre in USSR, either. Limited resources are always going to have to have a limited access

Yeah ottawa is the most boring city/"capital" I've ever been to. You probably have more hustle and bustle in fricking mississauga
