one that bans property rights, public, private, and personal, but still maintains a legal system as a preventative measure against violence.

i believe i might call this economic anarchy. but still with a democratic (perhaps representative, maybe liquid) government to deal with violent individuals.

eventually it'd be nice to reach full anarchy, but that'll take some generations of cultural evolution before we can truly forgo enforcement all together.

what makes poverty possible is the fact the rich can hoard wealth using violence. stop that, and poverty fundamentally stops being a possibility.

once people aren't generally stressed out by their mere existence, they will (a) not breed as much, and (b) be more conscientious of their environment.

Sorry, just trying to understand why you think having no property will make people less stressed, and therefore less horny, and care about the environment more than they do now.
