I managed a pizza shop for a family friend for a few years in my 20s. These large orders suck, so I do have some sympathy. But the delivery drivers had the easiest job of it. So any catering orders were added to the tip pot and split with everyone (also usually I was the person who did the deliveries because you can't trust teenagers with massive orders like that, they'd fly around a corner at 80mph and destroy everything). So in reality this b-word probably got more than she deserved in the first place if it's not a split pot. (she wasn't talking like it was)

That being said, it's a peepee move to only tip 20 bucks for a 1000 dollar order. That's a lot of fricking food, especially if plates and utensils were provided. It's a really good way to get your future orders denied unless you pick them up yourself. This might be one of the few times I agree with an antiwork post about someone bitching, but expecting an 18% tip for delivering pizzas is also kinda fricked. Usually if it was more than $600 dollars we'd never get more than $100. Typically it would be $60-$80
