My position: the law, various lawyers talking about the case, how the law applies, the recording of the call, and the fact that the DA has already empaneled a grand jury that is currently hearing evidence.

Your position:

You're r-slurred

:#soyjaktalking:

Lol

The only thing that demonstrates is the severity and wide spread of the TDS. One man's modus ponens is another's modus tollens.

No, it's not a felony to not add "but if you found all 100k missing votes that would be even better". You are worse than an autism, you are a wingcuck.

all of this evidence, and actual lawyers, and a grand jury just means everyone but me has TDS and you're the wingcuck

Keep sucking Orange Father's peepee and maybe he'll love you like your daddy never did

The actual factual evidence shows that Orangeman was begging for upvotes, that's all. That's despicable but nowhere near criminal.

Everything else is interpretation of the evidence by deranged people that is in itself evidence of how deep and hard the derangement runs.

@pizzashill peddled an r-slured theory that the Georgia recording showed that Trump was soliciting election fraud. Your theory that the problem was that he asked for too few votes is r-slurred squared. Pizzashill, watch and learn, this is how you wingcuck.

Donald trump said he won by 100k and then asked for 11k lmao.

Go read the law yourself - by his own words in the very same call he declares he won by y number, and asks for x number to be put down.

By any reading of the law that is soliciting felony false data entry.

Does this mean he'll be charged? Who knows.

But he objectively broke the law - there is no spinning out of this fact.

He's asking them to find the votes. They can only record votes that they've found. He thinks millions more votes exist, but will be satisfied if they only find 11,000 of them. Pretty obviously a. what he meant and b. what the law requires of him.

That's not how this works - if he thinks a million exist, they have to find a million.

If they go find 11k the election is still fake.

If you think these votes are fake, all of them must be found - not the exact number you need to flip a state, as the state flipping to you would also be fraud.

This is why there's no way to spin out of this.

The only thing you can ask for is all of them to be found, not 10k, not 25k, not 40k.

It's literally illegal to request an election official to put in a number you know is false. The statute is

https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/2016/title-21/chapter-2/article-15/section-21-2-604

There is literally a grand jury empaneled that is looking at evidence right now.

I have to believe that you're just fricking with me. I'm not even meming. You're claiming that you know better than lawyers, the GA DA, and the law itself, while claiming that everyone else has TDS. Are you really this r-slurred? I'm asking honestly. Do you really think you know the GA law better than lawyers?

Did you link a wrong page as a shittest?

I'm saying that they're being r-slurred on purpose and I am not. It doesn't take 10 years to get enough lawyer education to not be r-slurred on purpose, all that it takes is not having that purpose.

It's the right page. Really showing your ignorance here.

I'm saying that they're being r-slurred on purpose and I am not.

Oh I can tell that you're not r-slurred on purpose, it's just natural for you.

I have one simple question. Are you a lawyer?
