My sister does this stuff and does it selectively with just the men, and it really devastates some family members. I don't give a frick but it hurts everyone else. I remember my brother was enraged for days afterwards saying "What, she thinks I'm a libertarian or something?"

Grandkids are the world for grandparents. They set the phone wallpaper as them and they plan christmas and birthday presents for months. It was really sad for the old boy when he found out he wasn't allowed to even hug his grandkids anymore.
