ye so there a study out (small cohort tho iirc) that followed dementia patients n the trans ones freaked out bc they didn’t remember they trans n gone thru transition (so like elderly males wondering y they have tits n no peepee etc) n it caused them significant upset while the gays who got dementia remembered they were same s*x attracted
