Not to mention when you're morbidly obese and you actually start eating right and exercising you're going to shave off a lot of that weight faster than someone at 170 pounds. Especially since he's doing keto apparently, which the whole point of keto is that a good portion of your daily energy comes from burning the fat stores on your body
It's absolutely not sustainable long term, but it's a great way to jumpstart into a healthier lifestyle and motivate you to actually focus on changing when you see the numbers going down
