I mean I get the reaction, 99.99999% of herbal "medicine" is snake oil and I was extremely skeptical too. I didn't even really believe it either for weeks after it started to actually work
Which is specifically why I recommend this brand that costs ten times what you could grab at CVS, because those are just whatever the frick happened to be growing whilst this is studied produced and regulated as an actual medicine

I always read research or ask doctors in my circle before buying random supps. I can usually understand papers but at some point I get annoyed looking up all the random shit I need to know to comprehend papers on topics I have little knowledge of.

And that's exactly what you should do. I think I spent at least 300 hours researching shit on my own over a few months before making my way down the list of potential remedies to this one. And it was the one that actually worked. I have no idea if the probiotics actually made a difference but there's enough of a logical pathway (95% of serotonin is in your gut, and bacteria steal bloodflow from your pelvis, and good bacteria can scavenge ammonium) to recommend it since it's cheap and harmless

Darn now you got me wanting to do this shit. I do take adderall now but I was on SSRIs in the past and I'm worried they fricked me up a little. You just take the one you linked as described on the box? Does it interact with alcohol at all? Is it something you are taking all the time or did you just take it for a while and it helped?

Shouldn't interact with booze, but probably won't have any noticeable effects unless you're specifically lookin to fix your peepee. Be careful dosing with adderall because they can combine into serotonin syndrome somewhat easily. If you feel dizzy or tingly, stop immediately and just try to stay calm lol, shouldn't be anything super bad unless you're really really stupid.

not that dumb these days. yeah i dont have many problems with the peepee thing but don't feel like i ever hit my peak before taking em. worth a shot i guess even if it does nothing. do you take them all the time or did you just do one bottle?
