These correlations suggest that men are more attracted to women who are older, lighter, physically attractive, athletic, conservative, extroverted, agreeable, and conscientious and who have high self-esteem. They are less attracted to women who are heavier, more neurotic, anxious, and grumpy. For women, only two partner characteristics showed a statistically significant correlation with their attraction: physical attractiveness and sport activity, indicating that women are strongly drawn to men who are good-looking and athletic.

Granted, older must be taken with a grain of salt because the study was done on ~100 college kids on speed dates.

yeah thats a bit of a misleading stat, sure 20 year olds find 25 year olds hot, but probably less so for 30 and 35 and it only gets worse from there.
