I figured this first hand when I got myself in really good physical shape for the first time around 30 years old, got muscular, etc. Instantly... INSTANTLY with no change in anything else girls would smile at me all the time, when they never did before, touch me, actually try to initiate conversations, etc. All I did was make myself look better, nothing else. I didn't have "more confidence" or whatever the frick, they just started appearing. All the other bs doesn't count, except a LOT of money, I suppose, but it really does need to be A LOT, and it feels like bribing. Where as just being attractive is almost automatic.

yea my friend from college had a bad breakup and decided to get jacked. dude was able to just meet an 8 from the bar at closing and go home with her, there's really not a more surefire way to pull. There's some merit to the confidence thing tho, a guy we call potter cause he looks like an out of shape daniel radcliff does pretty well playing the numbers game but it's nowhere near as easy

That's nice sweetie. Mummy loves you very much. Now finish your bean sprouts and you can play on the iPad.

Being attractive is extremely important. Girls touch my arms a lot. It’s inappropriate.
