Depends, slapping on a wig and wearing a dress doesn't make you trans, however, I will always acknowledge the person that cuts their peepee off as trans. That's commitment right there, but I will never frick them nor should they expect anyone else to and if they wind up alone, it's not transphobia, it's because they are not normal and most people will see them for the freaks they are.
