Lmao, dude spent exactly one day in jail for shooting 4 people and got bonded out for 75k, which means 7500 dollars got him out on (3) three charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (3) three charges of attempted murder and (1) one charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon in a prohibited place. Lmao, that’s 7 felonies.

Yes, systemically there is an issue with minority incarceration—this is related to a lot of issues, including access to legal defense and having the money to bond out, over policing and a bunch of other shit.
What’s not true, and what everyone seems to have internalized as gospel, is that the cops will instantly murder you and the court will convict you if you’re a shade darker than a mayo.
Plenty of latinx gangbangers aren’t that visually different from mayos, not that they would know, they never interact with any of them.
