I think the point of no return is pretty soon once you're past puberty tbh. I have both male and female friends who were only overweight / not obese before getting really into fitness, but their stomach skin still sort of looks tired and sad if we're at the beach or something

Someone actually in shape with the stretched skin still looks miles better than a skinnyfat though ofc. Fats have no excuse

This woman was like 400 lbs before she lost it.

If you weigh 150 and gain 50lbs and then lose it again you are not going to be pure loose skin. It’s also partially dependent on genetics.

You have to be really fricking fat, and have very poor genetics for skin for that to happen. Even these whales are honestly on the border of loose skin. Should lose the weight, and deal with it if it’s an issue, but most of them probably won’t even have pounds of loose skin after losing the weight.

I know really fat fricks that have lost weight. They did a lot skin remove surgery. It doesn't look 100% correct but it is not a sad sight anymore.
