Back in 2017 I was running around in Seattle at night on a first and only visit. I'll never forget seeing literal barrels of garbage on fire under an overpass and a bartender nearly shooting me when my cousins asked to use the bathroom when I had already ordered a drink to cover him to do so. That was after we realized a downtown Target hadn't had public bathrooms for a loooong time. Good luck, frickers.
