This formula is for extreme height like 5’>X and X>6’4 for other height bmi is mostly fine

My bmi on regular bmi is 23 but I actually look skinny because bmi calculation is (weight/height^2)x seven hundred something so at 6’4+ it’s bad at calculation of volume you get per extra height but for woman it’s still good enough

You probably look normal. The average man is like 5'8" 200lbs in America, if you compare yourself to fatties and you're normal ofc you will think you are skinny.
