Video of him calling out the CEO:
The PoE community is infamous for its epic spergouts every three months when a new expansion league drops (pizzashill plays this game, just to give you an idea) but this one is beyond anything I've ever seen before. The entire sub has been seething non-stop for a week now, and the devs (Grinding Gear Games, better known as GGG) are pumping out patch after patch trying to appease the mob. But it's not good enough. One streamer (PathofMathh) had enough and thought it was a good idea to call the CEO Chris Wilson a "r-slurred bald frick" in his stream's chat, and also on video. He also said allegedly said that he should "go play with his fricking MTG cards" (the CEO is rich and has a very expensive MTG card collection).
I'm pretty sure this guy was sponsored by GGG to play and promote the game. Now that his game account is banned it's pretty much over for him. Most other streamers of this game seem to despise this guy because he tends to seethe too much even by PoE standards.
One of the biggest streamers in PoE who goes by the name Quin69 (a favorite among zoomers) responded with this video:

In the meantime the CEO is still trying to put out the fire regarding the new expansion with yet another personal post (the third one I believe) doubling down on the companies' unpopular views regarding the direction of the game. Naturally it gets downvoted into oblivion:

Lol and you're defending the manbaby that's facing consequences (ie not being allowed to play a video game ) for having multiple public spergouts. Curious, getting too many flashbacks to your own childhood?

The reason given for that guys ban was "staff abuse".

For every streamer who gets banned, a thousand zoom zooms are saved. Maybe they'll touch grass or at least play the game instead of watching it while drooling.

CEO sold his share of the company for like 250 million to the chinks if I remember correctly.

Why the frick would anyone ever continue dealing with screeching g*mer autists after getting that bag? If I have $250m in the bank I'm sailing off in a yacht to my private orgy island to Emperor Neromaxx for the rest of my life.

Because he started the company by himself with one other guy, built everything themselves including the engine. He went from being some random poorstrag to becoming half a billionaire. He's a gaymer himself and a huge fan of Diablo etc. which is why he created the game in the first place, he wanted to create a spiritual successor to Diablo. Took him 15 years to get to this point (the game launched about 13 years ago I think).

That's how we know you won't ever accomplish anything in life, you aren't capable of having a "passion" project because you can't even imagine being passionate about something

idk, I've heard notch is way less happy post sale to microsoft. For some reason he decided to buy a massive house and have crazy parties with the cute twinks and whores in hollywood every weekend. If I had his money i'd buy several square miles of land, build a tower and tell the rest of humanity to get fricked.

I think it's the use of a nono-word that got reddit to side against him. Even the consoooooomers have been pooping on chris for the last week.

R-slurred seems to be treated more harshly than BIPOC on most platforms. Is it because blacks say the latter a lot, or because nerds got called the former a lot in middle school?

I'd say the only people remaining in WoW would be Blizzard's true peepeesuckers, but that's already the case.

He had been sponsored by Grinding Gear Games, so he isn't just some "account". It's bad representation of the brand. That said, he isn't wrong.

Ah, I didn't realize there was an official sponsorship. Still, the right move was probably to cancel his sponsorship, rather than ban his game account.
Or maybe I'm wrong here because obviously the fans lap this shit up anyways.
