These look like shit tbh but I think a human editing them might make them palatable, meaning this could really speed up the laborious animation process.

That's what I've been saying for years, animeslop takes years to create and it needs to take ~1 year and cost half. Not like there still won't be animator work left, lots of stuff to touch up and entire scenes that would be better hand-drawn. But imagine all the 3d background slop replaced with AI

Yeah the AI will just be a part of existing cowtools, it can generate a basic 3D asset or a texture you can tweak and edit, it can rotoscope for you in VFX and whatnot.
