Really depends on how much you drink and what you put into it. A cup or two of black coffee a day is different than 5 cups of creamy sugar water.

I've seen people quit coffee and be like "OMG NO MORE CRASH AND HEADACHES I AM SO CLEAR AND FOCUSED NOW" and then I realize they put literal tablespoons of sugar into every cup, and drink multiple cups. No wonder they feel like shit and are better when they quit. They go on and on about "caffeine detox" and how they don't crash anymore. The only time I've had a crash similar to what I hear described is the few times I ate a glazed donut before 10am because someone offered me one. Those things will make you feel like crap.

Then there's people who are "dieting" but don't count their sugared up coffee, because it's just morning coffee.

"I ate just 1 celery stick this morning and have my large triple mocha marshmallow late, I love coffee <3"

"Well coffee is super healthy actually"

"..."

"diets just don't work for me because of my metabolism"

"diets are bullshit"

If you think coffee is nasty when you can actually taste the coffee, you don't actually like coffee.

Quitting coffee never did anything for me, but I think it's because I drink it black, or add it to plain milk.

Donuts are a dessert item. I’ve never understood them as a breakfast option. They’re not filling and they leave me with sticky hands and a sugar crash.

The only crash I have from coffee is when I drink 5 double espressos and have to shit an hour later
