That is the part that is scientifically unevidenced. Anthropologists are scientists and will readily support that gender is a social construct.

The assertion that it isn't, /u/ashok36, whose credentials in this subject are frequent posts in /r/JordanPeterson and /r/KotakuInAction -- is due to non-scientific transphobic propaganda.

This is why it was (and is!) extremely important to perform studies.

A decade ago, a study on toxicity on Reddit showed that just 2% of the accounts on the site drove ~80% of the toxicity posted to the site.

We can't do that kind of third party study now (without paying for premium API access) because the API was nerfed & comment corpus collections were nerfed.

We do know, however, that Reddit publishes a semi-annual transparency report, which discloses how much traffic and how many accounts they interdict in a given time period which are inauthentic/ bots / toxic
