But these AIs aren't. They're silly putty impressions of writing & grafx

The only reason they appear to reason is because our own reasoning is impressed into the artifacts of which they are making n-dimensional castings. They are often wrong because they do not know he difference between irony and sincerity, a joke and a knowledgeable fact.

Years ago, before the rise of AI, I wrote a short fiction under a pen name. A listicle website ripped it off. Instead of DMCAing it, I sent a letter demanding 100% of the revenue the "editor" of the site hauled in from adverts posted against it.

That bought me a cheeseburger
