My blocklists were set up to mirror an ontology I used while fighting hate groups & trolls on Reddit; they are mostly useful for "power users" who know what they want to block, other blocklist maintainers, etc — except the Nazis & Transphobic lists, which (unsurprisingly) are widely very useful

I don't have a comprehensive "This person is a toxic jerk" blocklist; I do rarely run into cases where someone deserves to be universally blocked out of access to good people's audience, but they don't meet one of my blocklists.

I use two criteria for listings:
🔘 Behaviour On Platform (BOP) - they posted the toxic thing to this site;
🔘 Wikipedia Notability - their reputation for toxicity on a subject rises to the level that it's documented enough & relevant enough that a Wikipedia article on the person would include it
