The same runner in this clip ended up not getting a college scholarship while multiple cis competitors did, because the trans runner got slower the longer she was on HRT.

This was the trans runner's first race and it might have been before she started HRT. It's mot representative of reality.

I'm not condoning her behavior, but I may have an explanation: Rachel Bitecofer believes Dems lost because Republicans demonized trans people. She's a cynic who believes winning is more important than facts. She'd rather have trans people safe than truth. That defending trans is for after winning.

I have a different hypothesis: She hates transgender people. (She's subscribed to some blocklist I've been put on, and the blocklists I've been put on are made by either cranks and/or transphobes)
