I can partially confirm & partially disconfirm this reporting. JoeyCrafter posted in the official Kiwi Farms Telegram group chat, which is administered by the forum's proprietor Joshua Moon.

He did so 16 times between Sep 10 and Nov 15 2022, while the site was struggling to keep its front-ends up.
