My advice to other transgender people has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience; I will dispense this advice now:
There are words & phrases which, if you write them out in a publicly visible social media post, attract people who ignore boundaries & never stop obsessing over you.

Many transgender people are forced to discover what these are by experiencing the consequences. Some have The Talk with other transgender people and learn what these topics are, and avoid discussing them in public. They are happy.

Others learn what these subjects are (either explicitly or by intuiting them) and then wield them as cudgels, to Machiavellianistically manipulate transgender people.
Whether these Machiavellianists are transgender or not, it is wise to treat them like T-Rexes - hungry, carnivorous, & sense motion.

Take care to learn the difference between "This is something that actually impacts your life" vs "This is a fishing expedition to see if you flinch".
Ask yourself, "Will this actually, foreseeably, impact my life in any way"

Even if someone comes along and demands that you, yes you, are morally bankrupt if you don't react to [topic], hold your ground, and ask yourself, "Will this actually happen, will this actually be a real danger".

Write out, in pen and paper, (not online) what your values are and where you stand and what your boundaries are and what you will not negotiate. Store it safely. Use it as a reference if / when challenged on those values and boundaries. Don't be pushed to "Act Now!" unless you are in imminent danger

Conversely, be prepared to move to safety temporarily. Have a go bag. Have a short list of everyday items you must take with you if you go. Consider carrying, day to day, a purse / messenger bag.

If you have to temporarily move locations for your safety, and you need to be sure you are not being tracked by your phone or tablet, simply turning off the hand computers we all carry, is not enough. They need to go in a closed metal box (like, a cookies tin) while off.

Talk to your loved ones in a space away from network-connected electronics & discuss words to use to recognise that the person they're telephoning, writing to, etcetera is really, actually you. Be sure they understand never to use them unless necessary, and that they can only ever be used once.
