LAPD Lt. Ensley was arrested in April for a DUI crash resulting in injury. When questioned by CHP after the crash, he said, "I didn't even know I got into a crash until you guys showed up." He said he was a 1 or "slightly buzzed" on a scale from 1 to 10. He blew over .15%

Does it mention anywhere in there the timelapse between the field sobriety tests / arrest / transport & the administration of the breath test? I ask because the test might have been delayed by some hours and if so, there is a formula that can be applied to determine BAV at arrest
