Does it matter? Queer folks are entitled to discuss the concerns of the queer community, including seeking medical advice and support among their peers. Everyone is entitled to seek relevant advice from peers who are in the same cohort as they are.

Things that aren't work related shouldn't be on work systems, but also, had those actually happened, they have a right to be disciplined for them commensurate with the discipline of any other employee, not summarily fired
