There are two items on that list which are humanitarian and soft power concerns (Malaria, Polio) and two which are "We just ushered in Armageddon" concerns (TB, Ebola / Marburg)

Malaria and Polio are nominally genetically stable. TB and Ebola are not.

TB isn't genetically unstable the way Bird Flu is; its situation is that globally, it is at the stage that bacterial illnesses get in a single host ehen the host takes some, but not all, the antibiotics - everything that survives is the most resistant to the antibiotics. Evolution.
