Texas' bill that makes "gender identity fraud" a felony, would make it a fast track process to strip custody of trans kids from affirming parents and assign sole custody to phobic parents in custody battles.

If the bill, as passed into law, as adjudicated by some MAGA apointee, could be bent to take custody from a supportive parent and grant sole custody to a phobic parent, because parent A refused to affirm gender identity listed on birth certificate — ?
