I've seen some dooming about this. Let me present an alternative point of view: whatever report(s) get produced from this directive will not have the intended effect among liberal populations because they're already very negatively polarised against all things Trump/RFK Jr.

Someone is inevitably going to try to presume that these reports are in some way defensible. Don't make that mistake. They have presumed their desired conclusions beforehand & will bring in the slimiest of quacks to manufacture an irreproducible study & will demand action be taken on it immediately
