Most of your circle is north India lol everything west of Bengal on the Gangetic plain is north India. Orissa and Assam are our fellow easterners. Bangladesh was East Bengal and we were West Bengal but then after splitting from Pakis they started calling themselves Bengal like the thieving rats they are.
