Wrong stand. Central Government’s opposition is contrary to and in contravention of Hon’ble SC’s landmark judgement in Navtej Johar vs. Union of India wherein it has affirmed the right to sexual autonomy/choice of a sexual partner as an embedded implicit part of art. 21 guarantee
