Just because some instances of the category "murder" can have some amount of justification doesn't mean that the category murder is less bad than r*pe.
I think when people say that murder is worse than r*pe, they mean the murder cases that are not at all or only very weekly justified. Most wouldn't condemn the father who murders the libertarian male feminist of son more than the male feminist, or any male feminist.
I'm sure there is a name for this fallacy, otherwise I dub it "Redactor's Fallacy".

I disagree that it was punishment, or at least that was the primary reason. The husband committed adultery. Gang-raping his sister is just coomers making the most of the situation.
