Nah, its mostly middle class people. Though if he's trying for 27 years he's a scheduled caste/tribe so its probably he's son of someone who already used affirmative action once(and stole lots of money cause no way can you feed your son into middle age with a civil servant's salary).

One of my first law class teacher told 70% of civil workers had parents working as civil worker.

When I was studying EU laws I noticed some ugly burger was chief of EU banking decided to check his bio. Finished bottom tier Belgian college got 3 years degree of lawyer (you need 5 in Europe minimum) got a job as CEO of railway company (Belgium has only one) at 27 :marseyxd: now is chief of EU banking. Most honest white person

How? I never studied a lick and only skimmed through last year QPs on like the very last day and I was able to clear stuff like jee and gate
