His diet is 100% carbs, maybe the occasional egg but def takes 1% recc amount for bodybuilding. But look at those packs :marseyadmire: Won purely through backbreaking labour, no whey, no AC gym. Probably earns twice or thrice how much the good gyms cost per month. I saw this one guy like this pushing a loaded cart uphill once, veins popping all over his body. Was like a renaissance sculpture.
