I hate both tards, so relaxing watching them fight.

:marseypopcorn:

And when Qasim Razvi, being a hardliner with delusions of conquering Delhi itself came to power, he started targeting Hindu civilians. Conveniently before Nizam, who was very close to buying a large supply of WW2 weapons from Eastern Europe and Austria, can have sufficient ammunition to withstand an invasion. Mr. Razvi has as much to do with Nizam as Savarkar had to do with Nehru. Not very much at all, unless and outside power theoretically could have forced him at the helm of everything.

No you see the genocidal maniac the king appointed and armed to carry out a genocide was actually put there because of the republicans my turk king dindu nuffin :soyjaktantrum:

Depends on how big their states were. Their liquid assets and customary dues were taken away but they kept immovable assets and for richer ones those were substantial. Like right next to Delhi is the state of Rajasthan which has probably highest density of medieval castles and forts, 90% of them are run as luxury tourism places now. I was at a major fort, operated by archaelogical society but still owned by legacy royal family and they were setting up lighting and decorations for a wedding there after visiting hours. Some super rich family. In Rajasthan and MP some former princely families are also pretty influential in politics. Leader of Rajasthan till ~10 years back used to be heiress of one of the largest royal families. Then there's those who've been reduced to beneath poverty line, former tribal kings, and others just reduced to regular families.
