Well his mother was a subhuman but she was adopted by a slightly less subhuman(OBC) class so she lost him his subhumanity unfortunately

Govt only cares about who your father on paper is. That's whose caste you get. And tbh yeah in cases like that they are considered father's caste. Never heard of any adoptive kids having issues during marriage for example.
