Rohith Vemula's suicide was the single biggest reason behind the shift in political discourse from economy to caste in 2016. They found out today that he committed suicide in fear of his real caste being revealed as he did not belong to the category but still took SC quota.

What's the problem with people choosing to identify as another caste?
Seems like castes should be fluid and not so stringent.
That poor young man was ashamed of what he was, because he couldn't identify with whom he wanted to be.
