Balle balles should be careful in Himachal. They act too uppity but are tiny minority spread across state. One good chimpout and there'll be thousands dead, community as insular as paharis police won't even be able to find culprits. They lost half their holy sites to Pakistan, will lose another half if Himachal kicks them out. Paharis are high trust soyciety but also highly tribal, they have actually made life heck for katuas in Uttarakhand after issues there. Even landlawdas from NCR aren't able to lord it around there.
sasanka is loving paharis for now but we all know it's just a phase and would be insulting them in the next round like he does the learned folx of the holy city of Ayodhya JSR(pbuh)
My love for paharis has nothing to do with their political choices. I'll give an example. Last time I visited Uttarakhand the whole state was shut down over the r*pe of that girl at the councillor's resort. Not a political bandh. True coordinated action. That was against BJP. But that's the kind of pop they are.
As an aside, in all of north India its the only place people are pleasant to you. Traveling in ganguland is constant high stress situation from touts to bus conductors to 8th fail 'guides' you're getting harassed at every point. There, two people will come up to you once you deboard from bus at Manali, tell them once you have a booking or don't need a cab and they won't bother you again. Return to Delhi fro;m Manali and fricking auto chutiyas will chase you for 150 meters heckling you to pay more for their open air deathtrap than you would for an Uber.
