The Chinese are just as neurodivergent about technology as any westoid (if not moreso), and they've had decades of access to the latest tech and the manufacturing processes. In terms of radical breakthroughs that create new areas of tech sure they're not as good as the US or Japanese, but when it comes to innovating on existing tech they do crazy good work.
