It's Rajasthan, closest you'll get is puri sabji lol. Tho I've found Bengali sweet shops in unlikeliest corners of ganguland, especially bhaiyyas seem to like ours more. Rajasthanis have their own, I'm going to eat malai ghewar sometime soon.

I like Gewar without the malai. Jodhpuri style mutton is good felt like Bengali mutton. Jodhpur has really good food. They also have good chanachur. I had one of the best samosas in Amritsar. Bengali style filing same type of spicing fried in ghee.

Only Rajasthani meat dish I tried was at a pretty good place in udaipur, laal maas, was very disappointing. Yeah Amritsar had best food among all smaller cities I have been to. Even their fish wasn't bad, great milk products, kulcha, I was walking around filled to my gullet whole time I was there.

Laal Maas is decent. But Jodhpur definitely had the best good in Rajasthan.
