I bet the stupid b-word never sent out invitations, probably texted the other moms who never saw her message. You give the kid invites to hand out to his friends at school, you don't go "I checked my phone and it seemed fine".

I've heard a very similar story from my sister before. Mom's are terrible people that will say they will be there and how their kid is excited and then no show the party and say the kid was sick or the brother had a hockey game. People in general are kinda selfish.
