I was recently gifted some clotted cream and scones with raisins in them, and some raspberry jam and onion marmalade. Also salami, cheddar biscuits and smoked salmon. We don't have clotted cream in the u.s. and I'm curious if it's supposed to be used like spreading butter? I'm only asking British people.
Edit: i have no idea how that video got linked genuinely. This site has a cache that brings up old post headlines but I posted that months ago and I genuinely don't know how tf that got there.
