I agree, but the rot is spread very deep into the police if they allow this to go on for so long. The organizations need to be punished as a whole.

Yep, 100%, there is clear corruption in various branches of the police, local councils, social services, judiciary, civil service and Government.

There is no way this is down to pure incompetence, there are elements here that are active cover-ups & malice.

So literally anyone with even a shred of power. I guess the old empire mentality is still strong in Bongland and common people are just annoying defective slaves who deserve to get r*ped and tortured
