Women have no concept of height. They inflate height like a basketball rosters website.
Vast majority of men are under 6. As one of the few confirmed 5'11 dude, I've had tons of women call me tall which isn't true as I am as average as it gets. It's just that 5'8 manlets all round up.

I am 5'11.3333" and a 5'9" lady said she knew me as that tall guy. They have the spatial skills of cavefish so it really depends on how they feel about you emotionally. But yeah, manlets know they can't get away with 6' due to the connotations, so they disgrace our height to the point that it's a meme.
