The problem is that these standards are artificially inflated. Natural female nature is regrettable but understandable, but the state putting its heavy thumb on the scale to cockblock the very men that fund it and protect it is very enraging.
DEI hiring basically just taxes men, gives the money to women and in the process doubly lowers men's sexual value relative to women.
