Do incels not realise that if they put a tenth of the effort they put into coping online into getting in shape and not being neurodivergent, they'd be able to find a woman who'll love them?

How exactly does one put effort into not being neurodivergent? I appreciate the honesty, for once someone's saying to not be yourself, but do you really think any of us want to have to maintain a lie our whole lives to maintain relationships?

I'm not saying to not be yourself. I'm saying to be a better version of yourself.
You'd still be you, the same as how if you gain muscle you don't become someone else.
Learning to read social interactions isn't betraying some innate essence of who you are. It's less intuitive for neurodivergent people, but it's still possible, and everyone else also had to learn how to do it at some point in their lives - nobody is inherently socially conscious.

Literally just pretend to be a gigachad and talk to women as if you're "da based alpha" that you want to be.
Eventually you come across a woman who's standards for looks are in line with your appearance (you're showering for clean skin + hair and putting at least a modicum of thought into your clothing, right anon?) and who can be swayed by your confidence, whether manufactured or genuine.
The secret sauce is that confidence is a self-fulfilling cycle - your brain is a pattern seeking machine (even more so when you have tism). If you act confident, eventually your brain notices that people will respect you more and you hack your own personality into being what you want it to be.
